2025-26 Registration Form
A player is only 'Registered' once the above form has been completed, payment made and received by the club. Then the club will register the player with the FA. Once confirmation that this is complete a player is then considered 'registered'.

In order to comply with the above Act, we are required to inform our members that details extracted from the members registration forms are stored on computers for the use by the officers of STOTFOLD JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUB. Should anyone object to such information being electronically stored please inform the Club Secretary in writing as soon as possible. Processing of application forms and other details will then be dealt with using manual processing methods.
