2025/26 Registration process
Actions for ALL managers to follow:

Read all these steps before opening your age group document

The document is a Google Sheet, it can be opened on mobile phones although is much easier to complete on a computer. If you are using your mobile, strongly suggest having the Google Sheets app installed on your device to make the process easier.

Once you load your document, locate your team tab at the bottom of the sheet (if your team is missing, please use one of the spare tabs at the bottom.

In your teams tab, please ensure that columns B, C, D & E are completed, to do this take the following steps

Check the player names are accurate for this coming season and update the 'Believe to be registering' column

If a player is listed, however, you know that they are not being registered for you this coming season, please change the 'Believe to be registering' column to 'No'

If a player is listed and you believe that they are once again intending to play for your team, please update the column to say 'Yes'

If you have a new player that is NOT listed please add their name into the list and update the Believe to be registering column to say 'Yes'

For those players who you do believe are NOT registering, please update all subsequent columns to 'N/A'

For the players who are registering, update the 'Type of registration...' column

If the player is only playing for your team - select 'Primary' team

If the player is dual signing for you and another SJFC team, but you are their primary team - select 'Primary' team

If the player is dual signing and you are their 2nd team - select '2nd Team'

The above steps can be completed straight away and will make the management of the 1000+ players within the juniors easier for the committee to process and for you to be informed of the status.

Once the reg forms are sent out and received (completed and accurate) one of the cluub admins will update the sheet to indicate the form has been received.

The final step indicated in the reg form will be to make payment, once this is received the sheet will be updated to indicate that payment has been received

Once these 2 steps are completed the club admins are able to process the registration with the league, which will then be the final update to the google sheet before they then will appear in your FA team sheets for the season
